Engaged to develop copy and brand tone of voice, Astrid Media led a workshop with Dust directors to better understand where the company had come from, where it currently stood in the market, and what its business goals were for the next five years. We discussed the overall approach and values of Dust, and what makes it stand out from competitors. Having recently opened a new office in Winchester, the aim was to launch a refreshed website and blog that would more effectively highlight the work Dust teams are doing in London, Winchester and further afield. We then created a simple, effective set of messages for Dust’s digital channels and wrote engaging copy across the newly designed website, which needed to be jargon-free and reflect the practice’s ethos of quality and seamless service.
