Jennifer Newman

BROCHURE · NEWSLETTER · IDENTITY · WEBSITE · WRITING

After a decade of building a family-run design business, Jennifer Newman hit a plateau with her beautifully-produced furniture and products for the contract market. She decided to invest in Jennifer Newman Studio with a stable of new business tools, including a printed brochure and a new visual identity and website.

What we did

To start Newman asked Astrid Media to refresh all of the copy on the existing JNS website, after which she commissioned us to produce a new brochure that her team could use to reconnect with their core audience - the architecture and design community. The brochure needed to be light, simple and meticulously designed, with fresh copy and within budget. We listened to Jennifer about what she wanted to gain and the values she held for her business. We then presented her with concepts and managed the whole process from editorial design through to printing and production.

The response to the brochure was so positive that Newman asked Astrid Media to create a new website for Jennifer Newman Studio. We worked with our network to produce a bespoke site that represents her brand and its work, alongside a new visual identity. We also created a package of newsletter formats and a template, which we used to create a monthly dispatch outlining product launches, events and a production series with commissioned photography.
